Workflow

Upload, preview, unlock, download.

The first production AI workflow is bank statement PDF to CSV. Receipt, invoice, screenshot-table, audio transcript, document Markdown, screenshot-to-HTML, and common file-format conversion are available when configured. Upload a supported file, review a free sample preview, then pay once to generate and download the full selected output.

Your responsibility

Review every export.

You are responsible for checking exported files before using them for bookkeeping, taxes, lending, legal, compliance, or decision-making work. Automated extraction and conversion can be wrong, especially on unusual, scanned, damaged, password-protected, noisy, or low-quality files.

Payment

Paid access is tied to the job.

A sample preview is free. Paid access unlocks the full extraction for the selected page pack. Job access is controlled by job ID, random token, payment status, and the selected plan.

The service may reject files, block repeated previews, or limit access when needed to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the refund policy.

Support

Use support without sending source files.

The service is operated as AI Converter. For payment, conversion, deletion, or account-related requests, use the support form. Do not send source files through support.

Redo and refund

One stronger redo for paid jobs.

Paid jobs include one automatic stronger redo. If the stronger redo still cannot produce a usable generated file, the job is marked for refund or credit review under the refund policy. Abuse, duplicate uploads, payment reuse, and repeated attempts to obtain free conversions may be blocked.

Prohibited use

Do not abuse the workflow.

  • Do not upload files you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not upload malware, test attacks, or intentionally corrupted files.
  • Do not try to bypass payment, retention, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not use the service to make illegal, harmful, or deceptive claims.

Changes

Supported routes can change.

AI Converter may change plans, limits, supported formats, or availability as the product improves. If these terms change materially, the updated page will show a new effective date.

Liability

Exports are automated.

AI Converter is provided as an automated conversion tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unchecked exported data.

Use the preview as your quality gate.

AI Converter is built around a simple rule: inspect the sample before trusting the full export. That matters for bank statements, receipts, invoices, screenshots, and other sensitive files because automated extraction can be wrong when a scan is noisy, a table is unusual, a file is damaged, or a provider cannot safely read the source. The preview gives you an early look at columns, dates, descriptions, totals, signs, and row structure before you pay for the complete result.

For accounting workflows, compare the export with the source statement before importing it into bookkeeping, tax, lending, or compliance systems. Keep the privacy pages close too: source files are handled for the job you start, generated files have a short download window, and support requests should use job IDs rather than pasted bank, receipt, invoice, screenshot, or document contents.

A clean export is only useful when the route matches the file. Choose the most specific output available, keep the original file until you have checked the result, and use the validation notes or row preview to spot missing dates, duplicate transactions, weak OCR, wrong signs, or totals that do not reconcile. If the preview looks off, stop there instead of paying for a full export.
